INSTALLING APPLICATIONS

Your Palm

Treo™ 755P comes with several built-in and ready-to-use applications. You can also

install free bonus software, such as business software, games, and more. You can install the

bonus software wirelessly using the My Treo™ application on your smartphone, or you can

download the bonus software from

www.palm.com/mypalm/755pverizon-bonus to your computer

and then synchronize to install it on your smartphone. You can also use the web browser on your

smartphone or your computer to purchase other third-party Palm OS

applications.

Installing bonus software from the My Treo™ application on your smartphone

1. Press Applications and select My Treo .

2. Select the Bonus tab.

3. Select the Install link below the name of the application you want to install.

4. Repeat step 3 to install additional applications.

Installing applications from the Internet

You can use the web browser on your smartphone to install Palm OS files (PRC or PDB) directly

from the Internet. When you download a PRC or PDB file, it is automatically installed on your

smartphone. If a file is compressed (ZIP or SIT), you need to download it to your computer and

expand the file before installing it on your smartphone.
