Press the Tasks button.
2 Open the Purge dialog box:
a. Open the menus
.
b. Select Purge on the Record
menu.
3 [ & ] OPTIONAL Check the box to save an archive copy of your completed
tasks on your computer.
4 Select OK.
Done
Tip
Many people find it useful
to refer to old tasks for tax
purposes. If you save an
archive copy of your
deleted tasks, you can
refer to them later by
importing them.
