Customizing the expense list

You can change the appearance of the expense list.

1 Go to Applications and select Expense .

2 Select Show.

3 Select the pick lists to change any of the

following items, and then select OK:

Sort by Sort expenses by date or type.

Distance Show distance in miles or

Show currency Show or hide the currency

symbol in the expense list.

Did You Know?

Customizing the expense

list makes it easy to see

how much you spent on

each type of expense. For

example, to see how

much you spent on taxis,

sort your expenses by

type so that all your taxi

expenses appear

together in the list.

Use categories

refine your list.
